Known as the Lucky O--none of her crew got the Purple Heart during the war.
The most famous things about her must be the potato incident and her being one of the only 3 destroyers that followed Missouri into the Tokyo bay,since she was the 3rd most decorated ship during the WWII in the US Navy!Only 2 stars less than the Enterprise.
