    Most store uses either the S-M-L sizes or weigh in grams. The M and L sizes are very plentiful (Similar to 1kg in stores that weighs) People who ate the big size udon tend to make the statement "I can't finish it"
    This is not your ordinary Udon.
    The soup is also plenty.

    You need to stuff it all in one go.
    Tougher than Sanuki udon, eating it will surely make your jaw sore. Despite that, the taste is still exquisite.
    But i want to eat something that is filling...
    Filled with meat fat and soup, it is delicious. Meat stock (pork), Chicken stock and Curry soup is their basics. The usual servings and soups are also available, though it is pretty obvious that they have it.
    Meat broth as the default!!

    "Musashino", an area located around southwest Saitama and west of Tokyo has a Udon eating culture dating from the old times. They grow wheat on that area, despite not in abundance which makes Udon their everyday meal. Using their locally-made flour, They made a hand-made, light brown colored wheat noodle with it.

    Takekuni's specialty is that it's considered a well balanced food among the Musashino Udons. They sold it everywhere in the heart of Torokozawa. It's convenient and also cheap. A real treat. Sometimes they also offer an "all you can eat Udon" at certain times as well!!
