I don't know if it's unfair or not because from my perspective this is totally fair.

I'm not surprised that Reimu didn't give Cirno the drink, but am very surprised that that's all Daiyousei got.

The Yen has only inflated .3% since 2006. Not 30% or 3%, but .3%. That means that 10,000 in 2006 is the equivalent of 9970 yen today. It's true you have less buying power for the same nominal amount of money, but only 30 yen worth.
