There is more drawings and some 4koma stripes from this artist, but quality a bit lower and style more western, so I don't know is it acceptable for Danbooru or not.

Nothing wrong with it. After all, there are pictures like pool #1301 and post #1291258

If all those pictures are approved, then these should be acceptable. It's true, however, that Western pics are, for the most part, not allowed in the early days of this site.
