Medicore quality is not flagging reason in this case since and clearly this pretty much high quality art if we take this artist's other works into consideration. Plus stop flagging this kind of post out of hate. As cd young mentioned above we should either completely ban western styled fanarts on the site or you guys should stop flagging a post that was uploaded one year ago. I mean if "western art of a western subject" is forbiden on danbooru then it should have been flagged one year ago when this post was uploaded, not now.

I don't know why this was flagged as "mediocre quality". The lineart, coloring and shading quality is very good. Anatomy looks convincing (NSFW) for the most part, but I'll add the wide_hips tag.
