I've marked all of the characters I know. The only one I couldn't figure out is the one beteen Itsumi Erika and Nonna (currently marked with ???). The closest I could figure is Akaboshi Koume, but it's not quite an exact match.
If the theme of the pic wasn't the players from the other teams cosplaying in the Ooarai uniform, I would say that it was one of the Leopon team members, due to the apparent darker skin.

Yeah, you're right. I was going to look into Alina, but I thought she had a lighter tone of skin. After looking at post #1660007 though, it's clear that she has just a slightly darker tone of skin like Nina.
