This is actually from a Chinese comic that the artist drew himself/herself. Here is the link to the comic for whoever is interested, but for those that can't read Chinese, basically a hero of a great war between angels and humans long past called Austin told the people that this girl is a monster and would bring calamity as great as what the angels brought 200 years ago, so now everybody wants her gone.
