Over here in the West, a common nickname for Hagikaze is "Huggy-kaze" because she deserves all of our hugs! \(=^u^=)/ And, of course, she was so cute to paint~ The idea behind this picture is that Hagikaze is waiting to be taught by the Admiral! ... Or, possibly some other reason?
