It's the issued holster for the Mark 22 Mod 0. So it's by design (to fit the attached suppressor), but the holster itself is about as common as the Mark 22, which is to say, not very.

I have seen those kind of kydex holsters for revolvers commercially, and it makes sense if it is for a suppressed handgun.
