Dude have you read the fluff? SoB exist to all die horribly in massacres so the true heroes (inquisitor, Space marine,etc) can have a sufficient fount of righteous indignation when he arrives to save the day.

I'm also against SoB in this case, simply because the melta would cook the admiral when he's that close. Plus, given the, uh, "zeal" that Kaga does her job with, SHE would be the melta queen. The Echlissarchy does condone hatred as a virtue.
