Her power is seriously dangerous. She could effectively say "She won't die from a heart-attack at her age" and then blam, cardiac arrest.

But I don't know if she can just write down to prevent that or thinking, or maybe use pictures to communicate. If it actually affect everything she do, well then that is extreme dangerous.

It only affects what she says; thus, she keeps her hand in front of her mouth all the time to make sure she speaks only when she is sure of what she has to say.
