I was the one that created her character tag. There was no Kar98k tag so I wasn't sure if I should tag the personification as a branch from the existing tag, mauser_98, or create a new one as you did. Guess that solves things.

On that note, would it be more correct to tag post #2221784 as mosin-nagant_m91_(girls frontline)? I get the feeling they'll probably introduce newer models of Mosin-Nagants in the future, so the differentiation might make sense.

I'd argue it'd be just as fine to leave it as Mosin-Nagant. As far as I am aware, this is a Chinese-original game. The Chinese used for the Mosin-Nagant girl is 莫辛纳甘步枪, which, by magic of Google translate, is just the rough transliteration "Mò xīn Nà gān" and the word for rifle. If any future Nagants are added, they'd likely be differentiated, with the first keeping her name.
