I call BS. There is no way that miko is anywhere NEAR strong enough to pull that off.
I don't see it as her being stronger then a Goku ss3 , is that she simply puling his hair , is not like a ss3 hair is indestructible. Its hard not to feel something with all of that hair lol . Don't take it to seriously , it is the typical fan-made stuff .

last time I checked Kanako & Suwako weren't gods of destruction who could potentially blow up galaxies...ssj3 goku vs miko would be a close battle but goku would most probably come out as victorious in the end.

Let's not forget that the Sendai Hakurei no Miko is someone who exterminated Youkai BEFORE the entire system of Danmaku was set up. And if we incorporate the tale of "Little Reimu" for extra details here... We're talking about someone who had the respect of Yakumo Yukari. Who is effectively the most powerful entity in Gensokyo because of the fact her power--the manipulation of boundaries--draws its potency from the fact that what qualifies as a "Boundary" and what doesn't is so incredibly vague.

Even knowing the former Hakurei Miko has been portrayed as the Chuck Norris of Gensoukyou? This depends from one depiction to the other, but I think Goku will need to go SSJ Blue to even stand a chance, and even then, I'm sure OG Miko has the upper hand.

I dunno much about that miko but as far as i can tell, what she only fight is the gods of her religion isn't it and i am pretty sure the word "GOD" is quite different on them since even a weak beings that is a little bit mystic can be called "kami/god" by them but in w/c Goku fight powerful foes w/c can destroy planets which qualify them to be considered Gods by their own rights.
And also remember even Chuck Norris got beaten up by Bruce Lee.

I agree that the DB Fans do overhype a lot of stuff but Goku is definitely very close to that power scaling. Kefla did say a hyperbolic statement regarding the fact that she can one-shot a universe, but she's also stronger than SSG Goku who almost destroyed the universe by clashing with Beerus, and ToP SSG Goku >>>>> BoG SSG Goku, Saiyans grow stronger with each threat and effort put into their training. The SSJ3 Goku from the Buu saga would get clobbered by the SSJ3 Goku from the Tournament of Power for example.
Goku definitely isn't as strong as the hyper busted comic fictional characters, but the power to blow up a universe is definitely within reach right now if you've kept up with the material. The moment he surpasses Beerus or becomes his equal, it's in the bag. Zeno can destroy 12 Universes at once, he can even destroy anything that exists within a timeline as seen in the Future Saga. No he did not destroy 1 universe, he got rid of everything because Infinite Zamasu was stretching his presence through several universes and almost managed to infect the different timelines. And yes we know that because his guards and the Grand Priest never came to pick him up after Goku and co left him alone in his own void for a while. He erased even his own angels, which aren't part of Universe 7. They have time rings and several tools like Staves to contact the multiverse, the fact that Future Zeno was left alone for a while before he was picked up by Goku is a good sign that nothing exists in that timeline.
The Grand Priest is underneath Zeno, above the angels, and above Gods of Destruction. There isn't a lot of tiers for Goku to eventually surpass or at the very least become equal to. Fanboys need to stop inhaling copium and overhyping Goku, but other peeps need to stop downplaying the material as well.
Some people forget Goku (like any other fictional character) is a marionette to any author's will that could be defeated by even a 10 year old if they feel like it. In fact it didn't matter how powerful or god like he was, he lost to a heart decease. That's right! He lost against something as smaller as a bacteria.
Without this principle the hentai genre wouldn't exist, where common monsters or humans defeat a powerful heroine until the very last moment the author decides if she lives for a sequel or ends her suffering there.
To argue who will win is a total and unnecessary waste of time.
