i find it strange to see karui with choji. not bad just strange. for one reason is that i always figured that karui could have resonated more with kiba rather then choji. and that i wonder if the relationship between karui and choji had any buildup since it seems left field.

I definitely ship Kiba and Karui (not sure why, but they just seem to gel with each other) but Kishimoto put Kiba with Granny Cat's granddaughter- presumably entirely for the sake of the really lame dogxcat gag that came with it. I don't recall Choji and Karui ever meeting in the manga, but I like Karui enough that in the end, I'm glad to see her around.
