It is a bowl of rice; 御菜(おかず) is 'side-dish' or 'food eaten with rice'. Jim Breen's includes a second usage as 'material for assisting arousal during masturbation' which seems to fit in this case. Also, while the kanji in the statement most closely resembles 因(よる) I think it's supposed to be 困(こまる).

So my best guess is that it's a pun meaning 'I don't need to worry about side dishes or masturbation material'.
