It's a Hacka Doll OP parody.
The title literally says, "YuyuMyon are advancing". The word for advance (hakadoru) has almost the same pronunciation as Hacka Doll (hakka dooru).
"Kyou mo TOUCH TOUCH BABY" is from the lyrics of the OP. The song title is TOUCH TAP BABY
