IDK what happened if human go outside the spaceship without helmet and life supporting device.I know human would die,but how's the condition?

There's a slight chance of survival if you're ejected to space without a helmet as long as you don't hold your breath. Let out all the air or your lungs would explode.
Otherwise you can be saved if you're rescued fast enough. Depending on how far away from the sun you are, although if you're still in earth's orbit, you're not really going to be immediately frozen solid like you see on tv.

Least, that's the basics I've learnt.

Yeah, if she hauls ass and sticks her helmet back on she could recover, but with the stresses caused I doubt she would be permitted off the ground again lest she suffer some nasty side effects

Particularly, a lot of small blood vessels near the skin, or in the eyes, will swell or burst, since they're suddenly seeing twenty pounds or so more pressure than they expected.
