I don't think it's mosha, the coloring on the clothes is quite different (post #187294), along with the highlighting on the skin (post #177802).

Probably done before there was an official color image of her (this is also why you see pictures of Karin from Naruto with black hair instead of her awful canonical neon red hair).

And iirc, Mosha had another site before the current one, or something...
