Well since I literally just got her as of typing this, can't say she is, but I have hit the boss node 15 times so far.

Hope for the best and expect the worst, and you too can steel yourself for many Graf farming runs without losing patience. Like me with 128 runs.

Surface seems to work better, and the BB Hime formation drops her more often than Wo Kai formation.
