Looks to be just inside the entrance to Nagareyama Station in Nagareyama, Chiba prefecture. [1], [2].

The left top map seems to have something to do with 万華鏡ギャラリー見世蔵? It's of the area around the station, in any case. The other gives directions to the city cultural center. North is right-ish on both.

Bottom is, at least in real life, a map of Nagareyama City. Whatever was below it was apparently removed between when pictures 1 and 2 were taken (~2007 and ~2013).

The small plant visible reflected just outside the door is a feature of the actual station.

For those who have watched futsuu_no_joshikousei_ga_locodol_yattemita, Nagareyama was the model for the show's Nagarekawa, including the depicted station.
