Looks like some people want revenge yasen. Sendai wasn't there, (although she probably wants yasen for other reasons,) but the four destroyers were the destroyers at Vella Gulf, which appears to be what E5 is based upon. Long story short, Shigure was very disappointed in those guys...
(The battle was basically an S victory for the Americans, with the American destroyers wiping out the Japanese in a surprise night attack torpedo volley before the Japanese could return fire. Shigure only survived to run away because the torpedo that hit her was a dud.)
