This is a reference to Kamen Rider Gaim, due to the depth-charge she's putting is in the shape of a lockseed which announces the name of its type when unlocking, as well as the way she's placing it onto her belt.

While the style of placing a doodad on the belt is indeed similar to Gaim's, the actual henshin pose itself is more like Kuuga's.

I agree. I see Gaim, Decade, Psyga, and Kuuga reference(?) here although there's only Gaim tagged on it...
