I'm still trying to figure out how you get fresh blood and dry skulls at the same time.

The bones are the humans who abandoned the place. The blood, I assume, is what's left of whatever killed them after Koakuma and Sakuya were done butchering them.

I don't know about the others or what may have happened, but whatever it was, I'm pretty sure Sakuya didn't do it...

Judging by that hand, I'd say she appears to be rather dead ;)

If it's the red stuff strewn about the floor, aren't those torn cloth?

The dark-red stains on floor, in-between the torn carpet pieces.
