Well the tag is likely heavily underused, but the term is broad and apparently covers clothing like this.
Teddy seems to essentially be the lingerie version of "one-piece". So if we actually used the one-piece swimsuit tag as a catchall for all one-piece type swimsuits (we don't since sling bikini implicates directly to swimsuit instead), that's what teddy would be but for lingerie. This specific type of outfit then would be the equivalent of the sling bikini then, but it's still a teddy (as a sling bikini is still a one-piece type of swimsuit).
