There's a couple places here in my little town and a few in the surrounding ones to get huge burgers like that. You'll never find them in a fast food place, but actual burger restaurants that start with a thick raw patty and cook it slower than putting it under a press at a billion degrees for thirty seconds tend to have nice meals-on-buns like that. Though the burgers cost 5-15x as much as a fast food one, there also tends to rightly be knives, forks, and a lot of leftover takeout boxes handy for non-fatties (me excluded) who can't manage the beast in one sitting.
Admittedly, the one pictured here seems kinda disappointing though...patty, lettuce, and some sauce. Needs onions, tomatoes, pickles, oh my!

You would think considering how America is "known" for their burgers, you would be able to find a good one here. Not so. I have probably only located a few good burger joints around my area. A lot of them are either really overpriced or little more than a wafer of meat in-between bread. The best one I have been to tops the burger with a fried egg and their "secret sauce" which I believe is some kind of blend of mayonnaise, thousand island dressing, and mustard.
