I don't think it applies to everything she says. It really only works with things that are... physical...
For example, if she says it won't snow, it will snow, but if she, like, asks someone to answer the question to what is 1+1, and that person answers "2," the latter won't suddenly become incorrect because she tells him that he got it right.

No, but it will make the person that said the number suddenly believe it is incorrect.
