Purely speculating, but while Touma's Imagine Breaker sealed Purgatory inside of it (that's why it can repress any abnormalities, it was 'purified'), Kamisato Kakeru's World Rejecter contains Paradise, which made 'a paradise of their own' to divert any attacks, even exiling the Magic Gods into it. Various clues has been dropped on the epilogue of NT 13 about this, at least about the World Rejecter.

Another empowered right hand, looking forward to it and well since Faimma's last appearance was kind of pitiable (ignoring lost his arm some time ago).
