Basically, there's a new saury fishing mini-event for people to farm maps for. Unlike the previous few times, Hoppou doesn't have the event drops, so the devs are making fun of all the Hoppo bullying in the past few events by having Hoppo wave like this. "No, I don't have anything, go home."

i like how this replaces her fierce look of her normal appearance for 3-5
