My guess would be Unryuu (the most obvious-looking one), Amagi and Katsuragi.

Edit: Nope, probably not Katsuragi or Amagi. The hairstyle and hair color doesn't match. The hime-cut is probably Shouhou, though (you can barely see her hair is in a bun, meaning she has long hair). The pink-haired girl in the foreground might be Akashi, since she's the only one I can think off the top of my head that has pink hair... But I could be wrong.

Look more like Jun'you and Takao.

Hiyou and Jun'you, I think.

Shouhou has a long_hair, meanwhile this character fits more Takao_(kantai_collection) (Because of the large_breast, black_hair and short_hair)

But her hair is probably tied up in the back to keep it out of the water. Look at Unryuu.
