In Magic Team's Extra stage, Mokou proposes a three-part consumption of the Elixir:

On one hand, this is Mokou saying it and her understanding of the process might be inaccurate or, at least, sensational. On the other hand, she was one of the few who ate it and that gives her some right to talk about it.
