(While the popular name for genderswapped Haruhi seems to be "Haruhiko", here the artist has written down the characters for "Haruki", which is a name that has also seen some usage.)You idiot!!It's time for some "service"!!
(Interestingly, although the text ”殺必死” is in Chinese, the characters phonetically sound out to be "sa bi si", apparently with the intent to emulate the Japanese word "サービス”, which means "free" or "service". One can assume that in this case it's a bit of pun on both meanings for some "free service" in the form of the showing of Kyonko's panties.)
