Yamato isn't lieing on a technicality, she is being truthful about <feeling> like she saw the other two eat it.

Musashi and Akagi make the statement that they saw the other two eating it, but Akagi says two people are lieing, and Musashi says at least one is.

In this case, the liars are Yamato, who is saying that she did see the other two eating when she didn't (going off the translation) and Akagi is lieing about not eating any rice balls.

That Yamato's lie ends up being about something true, she did not in fact witness it.

Also, aside from Akagi, neither Musashi or Yamato directly confirm that they did eat it, but they don't counter the accusation.

In short, kaga did it and framed all three.

We could totally logic out who did what based on the statements.
Or we could just look at their faces and see that they all have rice sticking to their mouths.
