I thought the "girl" R**-Y series was designated by turning them pink, not giving them an hourglass figure? (As seen in the ending...)

By design, sure, but chances are the spell Flea's using is going by its own parameters for target appearance results rather than the target's own innate blueprints whether genetic or electric. Gotta correct for people who might not automatically be attractive by the standards of the spell's creator when turned female, or the entire point of the spell is missed.
