I recall a friend of mine desperately looking for Isokaze in that map.

I was lucky I got both of them this event, gl your friend in next event maybe he will get her. There was only 248 Isokaze drops so I'm really happy that I got her and that was 30 mins before event ends, it took me almost one year to get her from starting game.

Yeah... At least he manage to get Mizuho at the very start of his run in E-3... Hopefully he might get her next event.
