Did you catch Volume 0? That's where all these recent Nekopara images here on Danbooru came from. It's a short prequel story, set shortly before the protagonist leaves the Minazuki household to start his cafe. It shows us a day in the life of the Minazuki catgirls (and Shigure). No adult content (there is a bath scene, but it's censored in all releases) so you can buy it off of Steam if you want.
Best feature: there's a little hand icon in the upper-right portion of the screen at all times when you're not just viewing a still image, and if you click on that you can pet the girls, including Shigure, and they will purr and "nyaa!" in response.

Unfortunately it seems the two (proper) sources are Steam and disks bought at Comiket. I don't read moonrunes, though, so I may be (and hopefully am) wrong.

Well I could always create another Steam account and use that but that would be the last option if there is no other ones.
Ah, I hadn't considered those problems. In my case I don't do the whole "steam friends" thing and I don't have anyone on Steam who knows who I am, so I don't care who sees me buying what on there. Also, I actually have the Steam version of volume 1 as well as the version I bought from DLSite (yes, I bought it twice), because I didn't realize until too late that the Steam version was incomplete, and I didn't feel like waiting to see if someone would come up with a patch to solve the problem.
I dunno, after Vol. 0 I feel she's a little too caring...
Now now, she's just being a proper little sister and trying to keep her brother for herself make sure her brother doesn't inadvertently break the hearts of the catgirls who are in love with him. It's all perfectly normal and proper and no one will ever find the bodies would ever say otherwise. ;)
