    Apparently, about 2500 people came in, see? They seemed fairly able to read Japanese, so they were buying our stuff like there was no tomorrow.

    Sales were about as good as the first El Shaddai convention's, I bet! (That's an obscure joke. :-) )

    I know a lot of Taiwanese that know Japanese. Both countries are not that far away and because of that Japan has a big influence on some part of Taiwan culture, which can explain this phenomenon. The fact that Mizuki Hitoshi is well known adds to the factor as well.
