It looks more like some sort of fluff for me...

I don't know how to translate the title of this one. I think it's a pun. It could mean either to 'get angry' (or possibly in this circumstance 'lose one's cool' would be better) or it could be 'to reel back one's head'. I can't think of a combination of the two in English.

"Losing One's Cool" seemed perfect to me. "Literally translated as "to come to the head", the phrase used normally means "to get angry/lose one's temper", but in this case, it means the cold penetrating up into the head, causing a brain freeze. Since this sensation makes one break their poise, it can still be "losing one's cool", with the layered irony of it being induced by cold.

As far as I can remember, I have never gotten brain freeze my eating cold things.
