Had to go look up the prices - they're from Amazon. I've left the sake names as they are - I'm not super familiar with sake.

But in general:

Ginjoushu has the rice milled to 60% remaining (Decent quality)
Daiginjou has the rice milled to 50% or less (High-quality)

The less of the rice that's left after milling, in general the better the quality of the sake.

The first one's not even a bad sake, it's not like it's One Cup Ozeki or anything.

That last one's a bit of a jump, though.
