I can't seem to find a name for this character.
Either she's an unlisted character (with an entire arc no less)
or she's like Haruka Amanogawa, and its a different character that transforms into her.

*Edit: It might even be another version of Haruka. The hair has similar features, the eyes are practically the same except for the color and the costume is similar to the silver haired version.

The character's name is Rin.

Yes, she is revealed towards the end of the game's first episode.

Spoilers: Ponta, the yellow robot that serves as the protagonist's sidekick, turns in to Rin after they explore the ancient ruins on the moon.
