This portion is based purely on hearsay, but I hear this is about how it felt.
Apparently, an employee was saying this was the first time they'd ever received such an amount of money just for food! :-)
Regarding the food orders, our system was to give Naz-san the money, and then Naz-san would later put it all together and pay.
