I'm kind of late in replying, but it is what it is. The only reason it seems like there is any room for debate on whether or not it was rape is because this image is not in its full context of the doujin it came from. It is the most appalling and depressing doujin I have ever read by a large margin. No one should read it and it never should have been written in the first place.
