Okay, just who is the guy at the top of the doll set in the back? I remember seeing him in the classic "Overdrive" flash from IOSYS, but my search-fu is weak against this one's power.

No, that's the character I was looking for. It's got the signature eyes and the hat with the cross & constellations. It's just done up in the style of the emperor doll from a Girls' Day doll set.

Second platform has the three court ladies (hence one of the Three Mischievous Faeries), and the third platform has musicians (hence one of the Prismriver sisters).
