I don't think Muppo is in this picture, as the Moomin Muppo doesn't usually wear the dress the way the Gundam here is. Plus, no tail. And the proportions are all wrong for Muppo.

Yeah, that definitely isn't Muppo. None of the features Muppo normally has and there doesn't seem to be any Muppo tags on Pixiv.
