I don't know, those love handles actually makes her look pretty sexy. Looking all plump and juicy does make her a bit more attractive than looking like a malnourished twig.
I do like plump girls, but I also like the implications in this picture. Kasen can survive on eating mist alone, so her eating food at all is her indulging in her vices. She has a small mountain of confectionaries right now, and given how full her belly, arms, and breasts are getting, this likely isn't the first time she's "cheated".
Of course, if she was actually a hermit, this would cost her that immortality...
But anyway, it's just fun to see sanctimonious Kasen have vices with visible long-term consequences.
