A couple of things out of perspective, mainly the neck, which indirectly affects the head, but the lighting and reflections of the eyes and ambient lighting are done very well.
Nice painting. Would be truly great with a few (big) tweaks.

Agreed with the neck. Looks like her head attaches on the wrong side of jaw...
