    Should we really be giving the yuri tag to images that are perfectly safe? This is shoujo-ai. I was under the impression that yuri was for explicit material (or at least implied explicit material) only.

    No, you're wrong, see forum #5017 and yuri. "Danbooru uses the Japanese meaning of the word, which covers non-sexual themes."

    If you want explicit yuri, just search "yuri rating:e". It's pointless to have two different tags for the same thing, only one explicit and the other not.

    That's incorrect. Look it up in the forum and in the wiki.
    However, I think this should be just "2girls hug". I'd save "yuri hug" for things like post #315667 or post #303775.
