First bubble has Houshou saying that it's not like she dislikes everyone calling her mother, she's actually pretty happy.
Admiral tells her that they're just relying on Houshou, and thinks that she sometimes calls her Mama too.
Then Houshou complains about something (unsure about Kanji there) and ends with she wants to have the admiral's kid (or something), to which the Admiral agrees and then goes "wait what?"
