This is probably what Patchy would like IRL...plus point for the thinned blouse from the laundry cycle for so many years, like a true hikikomori.
I always imagine she'd have slightly bloodshot* eyes from allergies and the inescapable book-mold in addition to such things. But otherwise I wholeheartedly agree. Yes, she has maids and Koakuma to help her take care of herself and clean for her, but I tend to imagine Patchy finds it to be a bother and/or distracting from her beloved books.
*Especially variable considering she's often implied to have bouts of anemia.
