When it's tiny, tiny text, I find that this helps. Doesn't always work, but sometimes it's just enough to magnify to the point of being able to identify at least one kanji.

They couldn't stop Hiei, so grabbed everyone they could and kept them safe. Nobody would've believed them anyways, and explaining would've given Hiei enough time to start cooking... leaving them all at ground zero.

Actually, this hiei is pretty lovable, unlike many fandom where she only fond of kongou, this one very fond to all of her sisters, though said sister annoyed but nevertheless that undying love is what this one special.

Yes. Because anyone can just wreck a base. It's a special Abyssal who can wreck its economy while creating high level consumables or upgrading shipgirl equipment. I'm imagining then suddenly discovering a shelf of Type 32 Surface RADAR Kai while Akagi stares in horror at an empty pantry.
