Hitler just got NTR'd

Wanted to complete it but blocked at the kanji that looks almost like "衛" without 3 strokes at the end.
Tried to wrote it but the kanji recognition can't found anything except this one.
Anyone knows what is it?

I think it's 偉い but the artist wrote an extra stroke... could be a typo.

There might be better way to say it, but お偉いさん means something like "the big guy" (in someone with important position sense)
